About Old Hickory Appliance Repair Pro
A local appliance repair business built on a simple idea: Old Hickory homes deserve diagnosis before sales talk.
Based Where You Live
Our address is 3500 Old Hickory Blvd, Lakewood, TN 37138, on SR-45 in the heart of the service area. The neighborhoods we list, from Old Hickory Village and Rayon City to Brandywine and Hadley Bend, are not coverage claims on a map. They are the streets our work actually runs on, in ZIP 37138 across Davidson and Wilson counties.
Repair First, Always
Appliances are expensive and kitchens are built around them. Our default is to find the failed part, price its repair honestly, and fix it. When a machine is genuinely at the end, we say so with the math shown, and our installation service can fit the replacement properly. What we never do is invent reviews, ratings, credentials, or urgency to win a job.
Built Around the Phone
Neighbors in Old Hickory find their repair help by referral and by phone, so this business is phone-first: no booking forms, no chat bots, no portals. Call (615) 583-1836 during Mon to Fri 7AM to 7PM or Sat 8AM to 4PM, and any hour for a true emergency, and a person who knows appliances takes the details.
Local Conditions, Local Checklists
Working beside Old Hickory Lake teaches lessons no manual covers: gaskets sweat, washer seals mildew, dryer vents stay damp, and storm season eats control boards. Our diagnoses and maintenance recommendations are built for this bend of the Cumberland River, near The Hermitage, the Lock and Dam, and the marinas.
What to Expect From Us
A clear arrival window. Testing before quoting. A single price approved by you. A verified test run before we leave. Plain notes on what failed and what is wearing next. That is the whole promise, kept the same in a DuPont cottage, a Lakewood ranch, and a Brandywine built-in kitchen alike.
