Terms of Service
The plain conditions that apply when you book and receive appliance repair service from us.
Estimates and Approval
Every repair begins with diagnosis. We then quote the repair price before work starts, and repair work proceeds only with your approval of that quote. If diagnosis reveals a different or additional fault, we explain it and obtain approval for any changed price before continuing.
Scope of Information on This Site
Pages on this site, including the cost guide and blog, provide general information about appliance faults and typical repair considerations. They are not quotes. Your quote is the one given after diagnosis of your specific appliance in your home.
Scheduling and Access
Appointments are set by phone with an arrival window. An adult should be present during the visit, with clear access to the appliance, its shutoffs, and its breaker where relevant. Emergency service outside regular hours is reserved for urgent faults involving safety, active water, or food loss.
Parts and Workmanship Follow-Up
If a part we fitted fails in normal use shortly after a repair, call us promptly at (615) 583-1836 and we will assess the same fault. This follow-up covers the repaired fault; unrelated failures in an aging appliance are separate diagnoses.
